Orders received before 10 AM Pacific will be shipped on the same business day.
Orders received after 10 AM Pacific will be shipped on the following business day.
Return Policy
LOVLEI offers a 15-day money-back satisfaction guarantee, from date the items were received.
RETURN FOR REFUND:
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any LOVLEI items you buy, you may return the new and unworn item in original bag with original tags still attached, to LOVLEI within 15 days from the date the items were received for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling charges and a 2% restocking fee).
RETURN FOR SHOPPING CREDITS:
If you purchased our LOVLEI item(s) with shopping credits, your refund will be credited to your account in
shopping credits. You may return the new and unworn item in original bag with original tags still attached,
to LOVLEI within 15 days from the date the items were received for shopping credits (less shipping and
handling charges and a 2% restocking fee).
EXCHANGE LIKE-FOR-LIKE
Any requests for an exchange must be for the same product (in a different size or color). You may return the

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for LOVLEI to process your return once it's received at our warehouse in California. Once your return is processed, you will receive an e-mail

Return requests must be submitted to our LOVLEI Support Department at cs@lovlei.com. Once your return
has been approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) will be issued along with
instructions on where to ship the return package. The RMA# must be clearly written on the out-side of the
package.
