If you purchased our LOVLEI item(s) with shopping credits, your refund will be credited to your account in
shopping credits. You may return the new and unworn item in original bag with original tags still attached,
to LOVLEI within 15 days from the date the items were received for shopping credits (less shipping and

EXCHANGE LIKE-FOR-LIKE
Any requests for an exchange must be for the same product (in a different size or color). You may return the

** ALL PRODUCTS MUST OBTAIN AN RMA#
Return requests must be submitted to our LOVLEI Support Department at cs@lovlei.com. Once your return
has been approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) will be issued along with
instructions on where to ship the return package. The RMA# must be clearly written on the out-side of the
package.
